Get Down Make Love is good. Trent did a cover of Gary Numan's Metal too, which kicks major ass.

The other that springs to mind is the cover some white boys (Dynamite Hack) did of NWA's Boyz N tha Hood a few years ago. One hit wonder, but very funny.

Phish - Gin and Juice isn't actually Phish. Hayseed Dixie does the one popularly thought to be Phish. As a non-fishhead, I don't know if maybe Fish did in fact cover G & J though.
