If you smoke in your house, how do you stand it?

First off, I'm a non-smoker but I went to an OSU vs. scUM party Saturday where there was about 40 people or so. There were so many people smoking there that I could hardly stand it. I had to walk outside a few times just to clear out my nose.

When I left, my throat hurt, my eyes were red, and my clothes reaked.

I CAN"T STAND when I come home and my clothes smell like smoke. Then you take a shower and you can smell the smoke smell coming off of you as you wash your hair.

I just don't know how people live like that.

Same goes to those people who smoke in their cars. I've seen smokers who've gotten a new car and within a week of owning their car, it smelled like an ashtray.

smoking is probably the worst thing you can do to yourself. nothing good comes out of it.

We don't let people smoke cigs in our house, and make them go outside to do it. Now pot on the other hand...

My wife, mother, and mother-in-law all smoke. But not a one lights up in my house.

Same here.

My wife and I put a lot of energy into to fixing up our house so everyone knows that there is no smoking inside. We have ashtrays outside for family members who smoke.

Smoke outside at my house. I could give a [censored] about the smell. I can't smell, so I don't care. I dont' smoke around my kids, is why.
