She was on the cell phone and looking into the mirror to put on some make-up, and the guy she collided with was eating a 5-course meal from Wendy's and playing with the CD changer controls, while leaning over onto the passenger side because he had forgotten to buy more wiper fluid and couldn't see out of his side.
