A guy who rarely gets mentioned in these kind of discussions is Carl Perkins, but he influenced many of those mentioned. I mean, c'mon, does it get any better than Blue Suede Shoes? Here's a couple of jam sessions with Clapton, Cash, Harrison, and others:
