Black/White
Did anyone else watch this the other night?
A neat concept for a show, through make up, having a black family live white and vice versa.
Some of it was kind of eye opening.

I think Bruno, white guy made black, was expecting to find racism around every corner. But he acted "white", and as he said "I was nice and they were nice back", he just wasn't seeing it.
The black guy made white, bought some golf shoes and the guy helped him put them and and used a shoe horn. The black guy said "So this is what it's like to be white?" like we all get treated like royalty.
YOU THINK IT HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE [censored]ING CAMERA CREW AND THE GUY WAS USING IT A COMMERCIAL????

This seems like the kind of show that would [censored] me off...
Was a good show?
Or a complete waste of time?

Its co-produced by Ice "I hate whitey" Cube. So you can imagine its intent.
So far it just seems cheesy and everyone is playing to the well known stereotypes.

[censored], if I knew it was co-produced by Ice Cube I wouldnt have asked that question. I saw a commercial for it a few days ago, and thought about checking it out.
But if everyone is playing to stereotypes like that then I have better things to do.

That's part of the fun of the show though.
When the families met, the white mom was surprised that high fives and crazy handshakes weren't part of the average black family | |
