Littering...
I was at a local campus eats and a girl put her trash in her paper bag and proceeded to take a jump shot for the nearest trash can. Of course the shot was way off mark and landed on the floor. The turned the other way and left the place without taking 3 seconds to pick up her trash and dispose of it. I know people are paid to keep the place clean but come on! That kind of laziness really ticks me off.
What ticks you off?

Smokers who decide they should just toss their still lit butts out their car windows. Nothing like driving down the highway at night at 70 MPH and having that hit your windshield.
