Tech question
alright lets see how good you guys really are..
How can i go about retrieving the password for my internet connection?
the connection still works, and the password is saved in the connection settings, but i can't read what it is.
I want the password so i can set up my playstation for online play but i appearantly threw out the original paper copy and i called the company but these lovely germans cant tell me what the password is, only send me a new one which would leave me without internet access for about a week. can you help?

What company are you subscribing too? Why would you be out of a connection for a week? Can't they verify your identity over the phone?
It shouldn't take any time at all to reset your password with your ISP company....

Depending on who the provider, alot of times this info is clear of encrypted in the prefs file.
However, a quicker way MIGHT be to install a spyware program that will log all keystrokes and send/recieve activity.
