I don't care for Wofford, Yale, and Georgia Southern. It has nothing to do with them being D-1AA schools either. They don't really stand out to me. Auburn is too high also. I'd replace them with PSU, FSU, and Oklahoma.

I like PSU home uniforms. But their roads are too much white. Same with Texas's roads. Probably any team that wears white pants needs to change the color of their pants when on the road. Doesn't Wisconsin wear white pants at home and red on the road?
I'd say that one of the worse uniforms was Purdue's gold home uniforms. It made it tough to see on tv.
I've always liked Army's uniforms.

I disagree...
1) How does Georgia Southern make the list? Obvious ripoff of Alabama. The school was founded 14 years after Bama began playing football, and did not field their own team for another 20 years, which would be named the 'Blue Tide' 
2) What is special about Wofford's uniform? There are a million uni's like that, especially at the high school (and below) level.
3) I don't see the appeal of Yale's uniform, if Utah's is considered awful.
4) Every 'best uniform' list I've seen shows Texas in their highly popular road whites.

You can like them, if you want. And so can anyone else. But I don't. I personally don't like any all-white uniforms (PSU is another one).
