I voted 68, but I have a variable thermostat. 70 when we're home, 65 when we're asleep/at work.

Current apartment (heat included in rent) - set at 70 most of the time, a little lower before bed.
Last apartment (heat not included) - had to set it up to 80 to get the apartment to 65... ridiculous. The open floorplan with the balconied bedroom loft was pretty but outrageously inefficient.

It's set to 69, which is higher than usual but right now the wife gets what she wants 
Normally I keep it around 66.
