I did a couple of weekends in Portland when I was at Oregon State and I can definitely vouch for Reed College for number one. I don't know how they figure Georgia Tech as being on the list.

I need some rules clarification if you please.
What does the percentage mean?
Chance to hook up?
Percentage that have gone all the way, on a first date?
Is Oberlin the same pricy, private school my buddies' girlfriend went to in Ohio?
Man I thought I had landed in a beached whale convention. Of course that was awhile ago so maybe things have changed.
I don't see how Tulane did not make the list.
And the the Colorado and Arizona schools.
And how the hell did RPI make it?
