As a matter of fact, my mother thinks this thread is hilarious.
BTW: If you're a Buckeye fan, and since some of your posts hint that you're not a youngster...
What is your most memorable Buckeye victory and why?
Who was the best linebacker on the 1973 defense?
Why did I ask about the 1973 defense?
Which runningback do we think deserved a Heisman Trophy but was robbed?
Perhaps you think it's paranoid to be skeptical. Based on what I've seen it's completely reasonable to be skeptical.
Let's move past that. Answer the questions. Convince me you're a real Buckeye fan and you get a clean slate of sorts.

Bank of America began piloting Cisco Internet Protocol (IP) telephony technology two years ago through its systems integration and services partnership with EDS. The project was the beginning of a large-scale migration to consolidate many multiple networks onto a single voice, video and data IP infrastructure. Since then, the bank has rolled out thousands of Cisco Unified IP Phone 7960G handsets mostly in its retail banking centers and branch and remote enterprise offices as part of a network architecture that delivers ubiquitous voice services across the organization. By replacing its private branch exchanges (PBXs) with a single centralized IP communications network using Cisco Unified CallManager software and Cisco Unified IP Phones, Bank of America has improved operational efficiencies, reduced system management and maintenance costs, and enhanced customer service.

Looks like, at least, BoA owns 171.128.0.0 - 171.206.255.255 ipv4 address space. That is a fairly large block of addresses - roughly 5 million addresses. There isn't a good way for me to know how they are handling traffic between their disparate sites and to the internet, but there are some general principles that seem to be in conflict with the random shuffling of the user in question's ip address. Generally, for that to happen, their routing would have to be something of a mess, as it indicates that the internal path to the internet keeps changing drastically. In addition, there would have to be some NAT (network address translation) going on, or at least a proxy server. Proxy server settings are usually static within IE, or firefox, or whatever browser one uses. That would seem to rule out the "world/internet-side" IP address changing without user intervention. So then we are down to NAT. The way NAT, generally, works is that it takes an internal ip address and rewrites it to a public address (can be a single address for the whole org, or a pool of addresses). Usually NAT is done at the 'edge' of the corporate network. In a company the size of BoA, that could be various locations. Typically, though, in a stable network, the elected routes don't change that much. That is to say, once the network (usually routers) knows how to get to the world at large from a given point, they usually stick with it. BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) is a bit more dynamic, so if they are pushing BGP route updates to their internal routing, it is conceivable that there could be some different addresses presented depending on where one is browsing to. I would, generally, not expect that to be the case when the destination is the same. Their corporate network and the internet, for usability sake, are typically much more stable, route-wise, than that.
The most likely cause for the different ip addresses, in my opinion (framed without knowledge of the specific ip addresses being represented and limited knowledge as to the internal BoA network), is that the end user is manipulating the ip address that is being presented to BP through an anonymizer, or some other proxy device periodically.
