Unlicensed practice of law is a 3rd degree felony in Florida. What follows is such an unlicensed practice. Just to show Trey and his friends that we can play games too, we've actually been in contact with the Florida Bar UPL office in Ft. Lauderdale, who has in turn been in contact with the local authorities. Apparently they can track the machine postage back to an original sender account.
What I'm saying is, "Henry Kurz" isn't a member of the Florida Bar. You have to appreciate the sheer stupidity of these people. They keep bringing this thread up through their own actions, when this site would have forgotten about Trey's idiocy months ago. The moment I opened this letter, it amused me that this attorney couldn't spell "tortious," and then the ruse just sort of fell apart from there with other red flags and inconsistencies as we bounced it around in the admin forum (elitist pricks).
