I blame the grandstanding prosecutor who can't seem to keep his face out of the TV cameras way.
The guy wants his 15 mintues and he's willing to tear down a program and some lives to do it.
Reminds me of that idiot prosecutor from Eagle County during the Kobe Bryant case.

It's even worse...he wants his 15 minutes so he can keep his job. Last night the speculation was that he would indict, parlay that into winning his election, and then drop the charges. One expert said something to the effect of "Well, he should be impeached and removed immediately if he does that, but since you can set child predators free with no jail time and not be impeached, this guy won't go either".

It would be very interesting after the election in May as to the brake down of who voted for this guy. I am guessing (not that far of a leap) that it will be straight down racial lines.
I am also guessing that this guy will win big.

Fine be [censored]ed, but WTF. The ends does not justify what they look like they are doing here.

Really? I see we're keeping an open mind here. I think it looks like one is making allegations, which may or may not be true. And beyond that, I'm tired of the media and the attorneys (especially the DA) trying to manipulate public opinion about a case that is at its infancy.
I think this other stripper likes having her name in the paper. But let's face it... if she wanted to lie, she could say she did know what happened the bathroom. I think it's irresponsible of her to say she thinks they're guilty, but it doesn't "appear" she's alleging anything specific more than what she claims to know or have seen. I'm not saying she's telling the truth, but I'm certainly not going to say she's lying.

Which, of course makes you far more forgiving than her, as she is certain that the boys, or their attorney, or both are indeed lying.
Ironic, given that her basis for this is driven by disclosures that undercut the alleged victim's claims.

did anyone else here there bail was 400,000. I thought I did but, couldn't believe it when they said a few other guys that got arrested FOR MURDER CHARGES only had to come up with 40,000 or 50,000. Talking about a scam
If I was those guys and was innocent from the rape charge I would have to really think which one, the idiot prosecutor or that girl was my first pick TO SAY HELLO TO because, THERE LIFE was killed the day they got arrested.
All the banks records, cab driver and the mexican restaurant records prove the time she gave to the police was the same as all those times elsewhere

Another premature judgment made. Lawyers, Prosecutors, witnesses, and the media....
Anyone else want to decide what happened without a trial?
