PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Brown is recruiting one of the three Duke lacrosse players accused of sexually assaulting a woman hired to perform as an exotic dancer.

The Ivy League school confirmed a report in The Brown Daily Herald student newspaper that said the university was recruiting Reade Seligmann. Brown sports information director Christopher Humm said Wednesday he could not comment further because of NCAA rules.

Brown lacrosse coach Lars Tiffany added he could not gauge the student's interest. He did not know if Brown had a policy barring admission to students facing criminal charges.

"It hasn't gotten to that stage," he said. "We're so early in the recruiting process. It's uncharted territory, you could say."

You would think by now that this woman would have learned that keeping mum with the Prosecutors is not going to help them, or her, make their case. She pulled this stuff when Nifong was heading the case toward the rocks, now she is doing the same to the NC AG's office. At some point I am guessing the AG simply drops the whole thing and lets the civil suits chew her up.

March 16, 2007 — The woman who accused three members of the Duke University men's lacrosse team of sexual assault is not being forthcoming with special prosecutors, law enforcement sources close to the case tell ABC News.
The accuser has met at least twice with prosecutors from the North Carolina attorney general's office, which took over the case from Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong in January.
In those interviews, she gave incomplete answers when asked about the alleged assault and the events surrounding it, according to sources.
The same sources added that Kim Roberts, the second dancer who attended the March 2006 party, had also refused to speak with investigators and had said she would do so only if subpoenaed. Roberts has spoken to the media about the case, including doing an interview with ABC News' "Good Morning America."

Its hitting the wires that all charges are going to be dropped. Good news for the players. I hope they get all the revenge they can. Their lives were ruined for no reason.
