Brazil is hosting the World Cup in 2014. There will be plenty of infrastructure already in Rio. It is more of a question if they can handle the two biggest sporting events in the world in a span of 2 years.

According to the Schedule of Events voting for the bid will take place tomorrow at 5:10PM CET (11:10AM EST) and the announcement is at 6:30PM CET (12:30 EST).
