It's pretty likely to be either Jeff Gordon or Jimmie Johnson after today's race. No offense to Clint Bowyer, because I'll be pulling for him against those two douchebags, but his team can't run up front consistently with those guys.

He's pretty far behind now, with only 7 races to go. Gordon and Johnson have been models of consistency, and I wouldn't count on one, let alone both, to be saddled with a DNF unless it was extremely bad luck. They're both damn good at avoiding trouble.

Looks like its going to be Jimmie Johnson. I'm baffled at the ineptitude of the other teams, outside of Hendrick. The COT program is going to be around a while, yet they can't seem to figure it out. Thus, the Hendrick guys have been dominating COT races all year long.
Somebody somewhere needs to figure this [censored] out, or NASCAR is going to get boring and plain watching the same guys up front every week.
