Haha, every hooking called in that period was pretty questionable, and that goes for both sides.
Crosby is flying around tonight. Philly is playing Malkin tough.. it's changing his game and that's worrisome.
At least Philly's goal was scored by a Buckeye.

Well when claude de bitch hit Draper, that didn't get settled until the following March. Long memories....

It actually looked kinda chippy, like they'd tried something different. It didn't matter after the first Zamboni run though, the puddles of water in the corners were probably ankle deep

3-ever seen ron hainsey shoot? hainsey thinks you get 1 point for the dasher, 2 for the boards, 3 for glass 4 for the net...

Or Mikael Samuelsson
But actually I was talking about his lack of aim when checking. Brendan morrow had 30 hits last night but 28 of them were the boards instead of players

bullshit. hobbes said exactly what I'VE been saying this whole fucking time. namely, that Ruutu and Avery are the same person. so there's really no logical reason for you to think that one of the players is a scar on the game, while the other is your good hard nosed awesome hockey player. especially when the one you dubbed as a scar on the game is the one who actually adds value to his team in the form of points. THAT'S the argument.

no not really....I just like saying that. technically this line is true. the "malkin is dirty" was a joke, like when i said lundqvist should have butt ended him. he did pull some dirty shit that one game, but being a dirty hockey player is more than kicking somebodies leg out twice.

there's a couple bullshits in there, but I'm busy watching the office. the reason we're discussing if I like ruutu or not is because of how adamant you were that i didn't. the argument probably shifted to him when I took your "scar on the game" comment about avery and ran with it. i probably did that because i don't really think malkin is all that dirty.
he is a punk ass bitch though.

Pens now up 3-0, Pens put the defensive clamps on after a helter skelter 1st period, thanks to the refs calling anything even remotely resembling a hook. Downie again gave up the puck which directly lead to the Pens 3rd goal and pretty much took all the air out of them. Philly fans I'm sure want to string Downie up by his balls!
Detroit vs Pittsburgh in the finals. I saw some empty seats in Detroit, I wonder how hard it is to get tickets for the finals.

I already apologized for assuming that you hated Ruutu. I still think it's irrelevant, but I was wrong on that and admitted it. I wasn't trying to offend you. I read too much into words sometimes and had reasons that justified my assumption. That's all I needed. Sorry, no offense intended with my assumption.
Now, here's hobb3s' post (minus the part about the Red Wings), and here is the post in which I tried to drive home my point (and a couple other small quotes). The stuff in my quotes not bolded are why I have a problem with Avery's game and not nearly as much a problem with Ruutu's game. The logic in my reasoning is based on the amount of stuff he's done over time that piss me off. I don't think Ruutu has done nearly as much. But that's just me.
Let's end this argument, I really don't have a problem with you and want it to stay that way.
