So Gore losing the Presidential election in Florida by hundreds of votes warrants the same reaction by a candidate as McCain getting their electoral college clock cleaned in a landslide?

Perhaps, I know I would rather lose close than get blown out. It would make it a little harder to swallow my pride knowing I had been humiliated.

My point was Im glad for what ever reason that McCain conceded quickly and gracefully. It seems like the whining and bitching that started right after gore lost has never stopped (might just be my imagination). I hope Obama is someone we can all get behind, and hopefully that bitching and crying will stop.
