Clinton and rugby

Not sure whether this is positive or negative, but Clinton at least tried rugby while at Oxford.

I was recruited to play rugby by one of the Beta's at OSU. I would have gone for it except a) it was a club sport and b) I had to work my way through school. What do you miss most about the game? I went to parties with him and saw the ritual where some guy takes his clothes off at a party during some chant. Never figured that one out?

Nope, stole it from the rugby world message board. The political take over there is hysterical, by the way.

EK - Still playing, although I'm starting to feel it a little more these days. Cracked a couple of ribs last month. Still MVP, though. Exciting stuff. It's not too late. You'd probably love it. There is a club up there, Scioto Valley RFC that is pretty good.

OSU has a really good reputation nationally. I know they had several All-Americans a couple of years ago. Except for Cal-Berkeley all the college teams are club, rather than varsity, and USA Rugby runs the competition.

Oh yeah, that was a Zulu you saw. You're supposed to do it when you score your first try (a rugby touchdown) with a team. Immature and despicable, but all in good fun.
