My point was that the bar for being POTUS (and by extension the Veep) is set a lot higher than "not stupid."

BTW, Palin came across from the interview as someone who not only has no ideas or convictions about policy issues but also lacks basic political gamesmanship. What the heck was the starring blankly down on the pavement while mumbling something for like five seconds all about? Also, she looked very uncomfortable during the interview. God help us if she ever becomes the president.
