No [censored]. The dems voter fraud is usually registering them, and the republican voter fraud is the way they intimidate voters and try to remove valid voters via last minute challanges. It's a glorious tradition in America, where Kennedy stole votes in 1960 in Cook County, and the republicans likely cooked the rolls in down state Illinois.

Let's just for a moment assume that Obama represented ACORN as an attorney. Let's assume that he did so in a case involving the common practice of "red lining" neighborhoods and not giving loans to applicants who live in a neighborhood, regardless of FICA score or creditworthiness.

If he did, could you explain in a logical fashion why you blame him for the ACORN fraud, if it happened as reported. If I represented a man in a bankruptcy, and he later went to work for a store and embezzled from it, would I be to blame for representing him in a totally unrelated matter? Seriously, do you have any idea how legal representation works?

what did he do for them, gator? did he just represent them in a case. if so, i'd say you have a good point. if, however, he worked for/with them on various projects etc i'd say you don't. i don't know enough about it to say.

Jesse Helms used to use his free US Mail benefit to send cards to all minorities and college students telling them they weren't registered properly and couldn't vote in the election (fine print: unless you are registered properly).

I am sure that is true and that kind of crap needs to stop, however, the charge does ring hollow in some cases when the election and the county officials are overwhelming Democratic and they still blame the repubs for election deficiencies.....

Missouri officials suspect fake voter registration - Yahoo! News

Officials in Missouri, a hard-fought jewel in the presidential race, are sifting through possibly hundreds of questionable or duplicate voter-registration forms submitted by an advocacy group that has been accused of election fraud in other states. Charlene Davis, co-director of the election board in Jackson County, where Kansas City is, said the fraudulent registration forms came from the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN. She said they were bogging down work Wednesday, the final day Missourians could register to vote.

CLEVELAND - Two Ohio voters, including Domino's pizza worker Christopher Barkley , claimed yesterday that they were hounded by the community-activist group ACORN to register to vote several times, even though they made it clear they'd already signed up.

Really? Everything I spoke of is at the state level. Is it time for cites? There are too many to choose from. . .

You live(d) in Ohio, right? Were you around four years ago? Were the counties important in the attempts at voter intimidation/restriction?

You talked about not enough polling places and voting booths and those are controlled at the county level (I believe?) in most states. I am not denying that some of the things you discussed are not happening but it is hardly one-sided with voter fraud, intimidation and the like......
