I'm off to England in a few hours with my girlfriend to visit her family. She is sick. They will test us on arrival. I'll write more when we get out of quarantine.

In '76, swine flu killed 1 person, while the inoculation killed 25 people in the United States.
I was in the military at the time, they made me get a shot. (Your government at work.) From what I had heard, I was never concerned with catching the swine flu, but was kind of nervous about being killed by getting inoculated. Even now, more people die each year here from regular influenza than have died from all the swine flu outbreaks combined. Panic - panic - panic! Run in circles, scream, and shout! |

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (aspirin) were responsible for 7600 deaths in the U.S. alone last year. We should ban aspirin.
