2009 election results (official)
Thread mostly for tomorrow, but there are some interesting races and those comments can all go here. The governorship in Virginia appears headed to the Republicans at this moment, whereas the race in NJ has gotten bowling shoes fugly but doesn't look to be decided yet. The 23rd Congressional race in NY has been mired with all kinds of issues, and that one looks too close to call as well:

Voted for issue 3 out of spite for the stupid ass "devil is in the details" ad campaign. There's no way it's passing.

i have a feeling that if the nj race is close it might get ugly.
N.J. governor election includes thousands more mail-in ballots with new law | New Jersey Real-Time News - - NJ.com with tens (hundreds) of thousands of absentee/mail ballots it could be interesting. http://campaignspot.nationalreview.c...Y4YmRiYWUyMjQ= voter fraud/suppression always seem to irk me. it should be interesting to see how close the results are and how some of this controversy may play out. as always i hope it doesnt play into the results at all and that the margin is large enough (either way) as to be a relatively non issue...

I voted no on issue 3 and will continue to vote no until I can open a gambl'in saloon in my garage. I can't stand these monopoly casinos in every state. Legalize the purchase of gambling licenses or don't. Don't give your cronie from back in the day a monopoly to make cash hand over fist. I hate the commercials too and the fact that these casinos charge for drinks because they can...their the only game in town.

Anyone know the best site for finding local election results? I was just going to look on 10tv.com. I'm praying that the Westerville School Levy will pass, it's going to be a disaster if it doesn't.
The only other issue I'm interested in is Issue 3, which I support, but I'm sure it'll fail.

Issue 3 has an (early) 61% - 39% lead.
Issue 47 (SWCS levy) is once again getting crushed, it appears.
