So it's still illeagle. It's part of the whole thing that they have been doing in psa's latly about buzzed driving is drunl driving. Be nice if one of these [censored]ers actually did some jail time.

my point is it didnt stack up. .093 and passed out drunk?

and the law is the law. i agree. things are black or white. guilty or not guilty. a few years ago i got a ticket for 3 over and i paid it. everyone else flipped out blah blah. i said, hey i know i wasnt doing the limit. sure i was barely over, over is over though.

medication oe exhustion are both reason that he could have passed out behind the wheel, and the drinks to it, and he is out.
