Neither Young's or DiMaggio's will ever be broken, IMO. Young's win record isn't even close to attainable anymore, so I voted for that one.

In an era where a 20 game winner is a rarity (and where managers will opt for the fresh arm (relief pitcher)), 511 wins is all but impossible.

I think all but Bond's pending HR record won't be threatened, but the one least threatened--in fact will be never even be approached--is Cy Young's 511 wins.
I've ranked the choices from most likely to least likely to be broken: 1. Orel Hershiser's scoreless innings streak: This one is the most doable, especially with the way starters are yanked after 6-7 innings nowadays for set-ups and then closers, allowing a pitcher to avoid giving up later-inning runs after getting tired. 2. Bond's impending Homerun record: There are a couple guys on pace to beat Aaron's current record, and I don't think Bonds is going to beat it by much, so the upcoing guys have a decent shot. 3. DiMaggio's 56 game hit streak: We've had a 44-game hitting streak and several guys approach/reach 40, so I think this may be eventually be broken. Plus, this is a one-season deal, not a career record like most wins, most strikeouts, most games played, etc. 4. Nolan Ryan's strikeout record: Although I said above that managers like to yank starters earlier, I think that a stud strikeout pitcher will get the benefit of the doubt and be left in a little longer. Plus, getting that extra inning or two rest every start could end up lengthening his career and actually improve his strikeouts-per-inning ratio because he can throw harder each game since he's not in quite as long. 5. Ripken's consecutive games played streak: Players don't set to gut it out as much anymore (they'll sit out for any minor injury), and also managers now tend to rest the stars once division titles are clinched. I doubt this ever gets beat. 6. Cy Young's 511 wins: This falls into the "Get the [censored] outta here" catagory. How is a modern-day pitcher going to average 20 wins a year for 26 straight seasons? OK, let's say someone pulls a Nolan Ryan and pitches for 27 season...that's still 19 wins a year, every year, for 27 years. No one, with possible exception of Roger Clemons, will ever come with 150 games.

No one can pitch the 3 consecutive no hitters it would take to break that one. I put it with Cy Young's win record as the only two completely impossibles.

Sam Crawford's 51 career inside-the-park home runs.  The record for a player whose career started after 1950 is Willie Wilson with 13.

There are several on the list that won't be broken (and several that won't that weren't on the list either).... But that said, Cy Young, Ripken and Nolan Ryan's No-hitter and K records will never been broken. 511 wins is crazy (and his 316 career losses won't be touched either)... 2632 games is over 16 years straight. Ripken also holds the consecutive innings streak although it's unofficial at 8243 consecutive innings. That won't be touched either. 7 No-hitters? Ha right. The MLB went something like 3 years here just recently between no-nos (Randy Johnson's perfect game to Anibal Sanchez's No-no last summer). If someone as dominating as the Big Unit didn't have a no-no until he was 39 years old, there isn't anyone that will approach it, much less eclipse it. Same with the strike out record. The all-time triples record is 36, which won't ever been touched either. The ballparks of today are way too different from when that record was set (1912). IN fact 4 of the top 5 weren't even in the 20th century. Bonds impending homer record will be broken by A-Rod (assuming he stays healthy) and if not ARod, then Andruw Jones.
