I can't even imagine this team putting together a game like that right now. It is painful to watch/follow this team right now. Borowski was just activated and it might help... which says a lot about the state of the bullpen. Even if some guys start to turn things around, this team is so far in the dumps offensively that they'll have to do some maneuvering for any real progress.

I have one league that is a daily transaction points league. My strategy the last few weeks has been to pick up the pitcher the Indians are facing (if they are a free agent) and start them against the Indians. It has been a gold mine ![]() |

Anyone see Ryan Ludwick's stats for St.Louis he is tearing it up for them. Another young hitter that we couldn't develop. Seriously how much longer till Shelton is sent packing?

An interesting fact I wanted to share: In the Southern Hemisphere, the Indians season is actually swirling in a COUNTERCLOCKWISE direction down the [censored]ter.

I've pretty much stayed away from this thread because I was holding out hope for the season. I'm the one saying that the "bats are going to get hot anytime now." My fellow Tribe fans have been laughing in my face.
Today I was in the car on the way to work and I thought to myself: "Joe B is on his way back so that should help the bullpen..." Then I had to pull over and sit for a minute. The fact that I'm actually looking forward to the return of Blowowski is enough to make me want to drive into a tree. |

If Aubrey or Laffey go over Marte, I'm [censored]ing done. WHO THE [censored] CARES ABOUT MARTE???????
The problem is, Shapiro's dumb ass is afraid of a team with a capable hitting coach snagging him off of waivers and developing him. So he'll just hold on to him, with our hitting coach that couldn't develop film with a polaroid. This team is being ran by a bunch of baboons that got into the liquor cabinet. |

I would not mind it if they sent Cabrera done to Buffalo and recalled Barfield. I know that Barfield is only hitting about 240 done in Buffalo and Cabrera is the better all-around player but I think by sending Cabrera down to Buffalo hopefully he will regain his confidence by hitting against some lesser pitchers.
In addition, I would not mind Aubrey getting a little more playing time at first base over Garko. Garko really hasn't been doing much of late and Aubrey has shown some power when given the opportunity. Plus, he is much better defensively and can move a little faster. He I don't understand why they couldn't send the left-handed reliever, that they never use, down to Buffalo in order to activate Westbrook or Chin. |

Tonights lineup...
.254 .200 .216 .333 .245 .216 .224 .228 .228 ![]() I call 1 run on 4 hits. Fausto's control problems rearing their ugly head again. Two walks to load the bases... |

3-0. Game over. Better luck tomorrow.

Doesn't matter. These scrubs won't get 4 hits, yet alone 4 runs.
Just as I type that, Francisco doubles in a run. Is my negative mojo back? |
