MLB continues to baffle me. They shutdown free internet radio broadcasts to "protect" their product (make a few bucks off subscriptions), limited their Extra Innings package to Direct TV (shutting out millions of fans), and now this? Hell'uve a way to market to an atrophying fan base and future talent pool by limiting access and free advertising. I'll tell you this, kids weren't buying Toronto Blue Jays hats in Marion, Ohio when I was a kid because they were Lloyd Moseby fans (they played on my little league Blue Jays team). MLB is stupid, stupid, stupid. Of course, teams can still use MLB team names if they buy the more expensive Majestic brand jerseys. After the strike of '95 and the 'roids revelations, you'd think they'd be doing more to raise their image, not suing little leagues for promoting their product.

and still they bring in record crowds year after year. You want to hear the games get XM radio, you want to watch then get Directv. You act like this isn't going on everywhere, ever hear of the Big Ten Network? Get use to it, it will get worse before it gets better.

My little league had local sponsor team names anyways, but come the [censored] on. Get a grip MLB.
