Kobe Case may be about to get dropped.....
This is info put together from the last few articles about this on espn.com
The accuser's personal attorney is saying that in the next few day's, the girl may decide to drop the criminal case and go with a civil suit. This all came to light when a dna expert concluded that the accuser likely had sex with another man after her incident with Kobe and before she got to the hospital. None of the third party dna was found inside of the women but on her thighs. Which gives the impression that Kobe is being set up and more damage could of been done to her tissues during this second encounter with use of a condom(on purpose). This evidence, coupled with the fact that she also had sex with two other men within two days before the incident with kobe, makes her case about 99% losing. I mean a jury is supposed to believe that she would easily have sex with these joe smoes even after alledgedly being raped, but would turn down a handsome NBA star. This girl could of very well had been raped by Kobe but this is a losing case. Her explanation for the other mans sperm being on her is that she put on some old dirty underwear after her shower and before her trip to the hospital. I guess she keeps her old spermy panties in the drawer with her clean ones. If I were Kobe and I knew that I didn't commit rape, I would press charges on her for smearing my name and costing me millions of dollars with a false rape charge. How is she going to win a civil case if she concedes that she can't win a criminal case? And don't make comparisons with the O.J. trials, because they're two completely different situations.

Its useful to note that the "DNA" expert to which ant is referring (or at least one of them) is an Analyst for the Colorado Bureau of Invstigation... in other words, he/she is a government analyst. While the judge is supposed to instruct the jury that they are only to consider the "extra" DNA evidence in realtion to injuries/evidence caused by intercourse with the third party... I'd imagine that has to be a fallacy in the sense that the jurors won't be able to separate that with the idea that she: Got raped by Bryant Had sex with one or more other people and the went to the police. Not gonna be pretty. The Prosecutors can proceed without her consent... but it seems like it would be difficult when BOTH of the people who know what went on in that room are hostile to your case.

There was some woman on last night who was claiming that having sex a few hours after being raped is a "normal" reaction, I guess because of "taking back your body" or whatever she was trying to say. I dunno...it's never happened to me, but I have to say from the outside, this looks ugly.

That reaction "having sex soon after being raped", is one that occurrs when a women does not want to believe that she was raped. Those are cases that are not reported or at least are not reported right away. This girls had already claimed she was raped and still may have had sex.

Whats a shame is that many guy's who do not have the money for a defense that exposes this kind of stuff, go down for rape all of the time. Don't get me wrong, I know a lot of guys get away with it as well but hundreds of men are being realeased out of prison because of dna testing. Rape is a crime that should definately be one that considers a man innocent until proven guilty. They all should but a high percentage of rape accusations are being exposed as false.

To sum it up, the bitch is a whore who likely bangs many guys at that resort. One rich and famous NBA star crossed her path, she did him, but then cried rape. Now she is caught up in her money-hungry scheme with no case whatsoever. How funny.
