I really like both of these moves...As was stated, anything for Wesley is a plus, and to get a young guy that has some potential is pretty good thing for us...
Also I really like the Brown pick up...He adds depth to the backcourt...
Now I would just love to get Sasha and Andy signed...

Even if the European signings are a bluff, the Cavs should meet their demands if they are not outrageous. Having two guys who are unhappy with their contracts is not a good thing to have on your team. I also think that both of these guys are young athletes and have great potential upside.

From what I've gathered, what Andy and Sasha are asking for would be considered outrageous.
Sasha wants what Kapono got earlier this summer(I believe the full mid level exemption, maybe a little lower). Don't get me wrong, Sasha is better than Kapono, but that doesn't mean we'll overpay for him like Toronto did for Kapono.
I'm not sure how much Andy wants, but I guess the total salary he wants is tens of millions above what the Cavs think he's worth. I love Andy as a player, but he's a role player. He's not going to command that kind of money in today's salary cap driven league.

I read that Andy's agent is asking for 10Mil. I love him, but that
s way too much. They'll just have to take a chance this year and hope to sign him long term next. If that's even possible.
I too like the Brown pickup. While not a big help on offense, his defending is good and his versatility will fit nicely. I'm not sure how his signing will affect Sasha's, but it can't make him feel very good.
I hope Hughes has been working on his jumper!

AV is a pretty valuable player, but you don't break the bank for a guy that will never average double figures. Most teams have probably figured out that, without Lebron, he's not worth the money.

AV wants more than what gooden is making right now.
you don't pay your backup more than your starter.

Unless of course you are talking about Rodman or Big Ben...
