i hate playing the "we didn't win so we have to fire our coach" card. HOWEVER, the manner in which they are losing these games is embarrasing. Blowing leads and completely crumbling at times are not signs of a well coached team. With that said, these guys are pros and should take most of the blame on themselves. I don't think it will come to that though. Win the next 2 at home and take game 5 on the road and we're back in the drivers seat!

Bottom line is you don't put together that kind of talent and don't win. Shaq, Nash, Stat, Hill, Barbosa, Diaw, Giricek, Bell...somethings wrong, cause they all can ball. So what's wrong? The system? That will get the blame... not Steve Kerr, who doesn't win in his first year. D'Antoni who has yet to win. He even speaks defeated. I am like 95% gut instinct sure...that if they lose to the Spurs...4-0 or 4-1... he's gone. And you're right, they're crumbling...they need to pull their heads out of their a$$es.

what's wrong with the system? it's been working just fine in the first half of these games, and it worked against SA in the regular season.

Regular season spurs aren't really the same as the post season spurs. Also, the spurs did better in the regular season, so you can take the seeding for what it's worth. Also, this series is far from over, if Phoenix can hold their home court over the next two games then we might have a very enjoyable series here.

that's kind of my point. the spurs stepped up and the suns haven't. i am not conceding the series to the spurs by any stretch. see my post at the top of the page.

I'm not conceding either as well, I posted in the Suns-Spurs thread what needs to happen. This is all the if/then factor. If they don't pull their heads out of their a$$es, then D'Antoni will take the fall.
