I think he's firmly in the top 10 though. Paul, Lebron, Kobe, Wade, and Howard are top 5 but Roy has entrenched himself in the second tier and at the rate he's improving, it's only a matter of time before he joins them.

We definitely got Roy'd tonight. I don't know if Roy is a top 10 player in the NBA. At his position - yes, but if I had to pick the 10 best players in the NBA, Roy wouldn't be on the list. Roy is a great player and getting better every year, but he still has some work to do before he proves himself as a top 10 NBA player.

Suns played a good game last night and took down the Denver Nuggets. Carmello Anthony had a horrible game but the Nuggets were looking pretty good. It was a good game if you watched it. Nash closed it out like usual with a few cluth 3's.

Suns are starting to find their groove with Jason Richardson in the lineup. I believe they are a 6 seed in the West at this point. Their defense still sucks, but the good news is they are outscoring their opponents.
Shaq is still a beast! |

I haven't seen a game in a few weeks. They are on TNT tomorrow, so I'll make it a point to watch.

did chuck lose his job on TNT b/c of the dui, or is he just on a leave of absence?

that's so typical... timeout with 16 sec left, they run a set play and can't even get a shot off. that's inexcusable in my book. OT now

Chuck is on a leave of absence last I heard. He'll be back eventually.

Wish Shaq would have played tonight. I think this game turns out a lot different.

What's wrong with the Suns tonight? Are they playing that bad or are the Celtics playing that good. I'm hoping the West is just the Big 12 of basketball.

watching them play the Bobcats....
Steve Kerr destroyed this team. No continuity, and the players they have aren't a good fit for eachother. Shaq is playing well, but Nash, Amare, Barnes, Richardson are all bult for running. And Porter doesn't run, and they gave away two good players in Diaw and Bell that they'll regret giving up in a few years. I just don't get why they ever needed wholesale changes in the first place.... |

I wish Kerr had never gone to be the GM. He was much better as a tv guy and writer with Yahoo. They might not have had a chance to win a title with the old makeup, but they were better than they are now. |
