Steve Kerr has ruined that team, under extreme pressure to relieve the team of financial obligations. So I'll give him a slight pass, but the line-up of Nash, Stat, Bell, Marion, and Diaw was money. Especially for that style of play.
I will just never understand the philosophy change, forcing D'Antoni out, and trading for Shaq. It was odd, poorly thought out, and now leaves a once consistent winner in shambles.
There is so much appeal to having a fast break team in Phoenix, with a coach set on taking a high percentage shot in les sthan 7 seconds. It just made sense....it's unfortunate a good NBA city will now be left with a team stuck in the lottery for 2-3 years.

This is the [censored] that happens when you let two guys from UofA run the show. Robert Sarver (owner) and Kerr are both UofA grads. I'm surprised they didn't choose Jordan Hill and Chase Budinger as their first two picks.
