I have to laugh at how the Blazers are trying to handle the Darius Miles situation. If they really didn't want to lose their cap space they should have picked up Miles off of waivers and tell him not to show up, but they don't want to lose the insurance money they are collecting on him. I'd rooted for the Blazers because of Oden, but I do hope someone gives Miles 2 more games just to screw the Blazers. They have enough good players anyway.

With 4:00 to play in the 3rd, Portland putting a hurt-dance on the Bobcats... Oden is really playing MUCH better lately. He really looks good out there - he's got his legs and he's becoming a play maker. Aldridge is really hurting the Bobcats tonight.
Portland is hanging around a playoff spot in the West - but if they can put it together (as they appear to be finally doing) they could scare some people in the West. |

Good win for the blazers tonight over the knicks on a buzzer-beating drive by Brandon Roy. Greg had another double-double, as well as 6 blocks, including a key block late in the game...

I think the foul differential was close to 15. I followed the 4th quarter on game tracker and 4 Trailblazers had 4 or 5 fouls and no one on Golden State was in any trouble. I didn't watch the game, but I've never seen it so lopsided.

Obviously you haven't seen the Wizards in action...

I haven't seen them much this year, but in the past when they were competitive against the Cavs I found their flopping unbearable. Fortunately they were relatively bad actors and didn't get a lot of the calls. It becomes infinitately worse when the refs "bite" on that crap...see Pierce, Paul.
