Dude made over $1 million and never played a down and probably never practiced either. Where do I sign up?

And if you'd like to avoid ESPN and not be asked to register by the Chicago Tribune, here's another link:

Actually, he made $555,000 and started 3 games when Pennington was hurt. Still not a bad deal...

Glad the Cowboys cut his no good butt when they did.

He can't help it he's bipolar but the drug violations are of his own doing. He may now have an addiction problem, but if so it's a result of his behavior - he chose to do drugs.

The Cowboys didn't say much when they released him but it's pretty apparent now. He can't be trusted to be the #1 QB because he's not dependable.

I hope he can get his [censored] together...

Obviously you've never had a friend or loved one be diagnosed with bipolar disorder... otherwise you'd find his actions very normal since he was never treated for it. Drug Abuse is normal for untreated bipolar patients on the manic end.

Nope on the bi-polar.
Yep on the drug addiction.

My bro(who I have disowned) is currently serving time in the state prison in Illinois for numerous drug and drug related crimes. He tore apart our family and I care not for his condition or life. I won't even get into what he did - cause he isn't worth the effort it would take to type it out. He is crap. Garbage. Worthless human being. Drugs suck.

I dont' give a rats a$$ for anyone who does drugs.... weak SOB's. I have very personal reasons for my beliefs and I'll stick to 'em.

The bi-polar part is Carter's only saving grace. But he still gets no love from me.

osu I have to agree with you..

BuckStocksHere! Drugs destroy lives, plain and simple. My dad was mixed up in alcohol and drugs for a couple of years, and he about committed suicide but in 99 he turned his life around, started going to church, stopped drinking and drugin', and is a preacher now! He is a much better man for this! I had to love becuase he was me dad but I didn't like him at all but now I love the death out of him! Neither he nor I miss that life! Drugs about killed him. He is different person today and I thank GOD for that! I hope Carter can get his life straight, and start for a NFL team. I think with the right team he could be a good starter!
