Undrafted scUMmer Shazor fails to report

Cardinals' head coach Dennis Green thought he signed the best of the undrafted free agents back in April when he signed strong safety Ernest Shazor. However, the former Michigan Wolverine has not reported to training camp. "We're being patient with him," Green told the Arizona Republic on Wednesday. "He has some issues he's dealing with." Green also indicated that Shazor is still upset that he was not selected on draft day and is also nursing a hamstring injury.

Get over it already! Shazor's certainly not the first undrafted free agent who thought his name should have been called on draft day, but he is the first in recent memory to jeopardize his career by sulking over it three months later.

He also was sure he was going to be drafted... something tells me a lot of scouts could have told him he was a tossup with his horrendous speed.
