CINCINNATI -- Nick Mangold said Anthony Schlegel has a thick head. The New York Jets center meant it as a compliment.
Mangold went against the Bengals linebacker for three years in practice, two years at Ohio State and last year with the Jets. He knows what he's in for Sunday when the two struggling teams meet.

Na'il Diggs, LB, Carolina: Forced a fumble and had three tackles in loss to Colts.
Mike Doss, S, Minnesota: One special-teams tackle in 23-16 loss to Philadelphia.
Joey Galloway, WR, Tampa Bay: Six catches for 115 yards, including a 58-yard touchdown, in 24-23 loss to Jacksonville.
Chris Gamble, CB, Carolina: One tackle, an assist and one pass defended in loss to Indianapolis.
Ted Ginn Jr., WR, Miami: Caught a 21-yard touchdown and returned three kickoffs for a 21.7-yard average in 13-10 loss to New York Giants.
Anthony Gonzalez, WR, Indianapolis: Caught one pass for 16 yards in win over Carolina.
