Penalties are bad, no doubt. But on the Vikings side -- man I think you can hear Moss snickering at the pitiful state of the Vikes all the way from the West Coast..

It should be even worse than that. Between the fumble taken away for the offsides and the interception in the endzone, you're lookingat another six points there.
It's hard to tell if the offense is this good or the Vikings are that bad. My feeling is probably a little bit of each.
