I seriously doubt he has come out and said he is leaving. And yes he would be talked up by scouts.
As for the degree thing, that's like saying krenzel should stay to get his degree. I think the guy is popular enough that he can come back and get it for free, if he doesn't already have enough money to pay for it.

After Vince Young saw Matt Jones go from a college qb to a first round NFL draft pick as a receiver, he should definately leave early. Playing an extra year in college at a position he won't play in the NFL won't help his draft stock. |

Vince Young has great size and speed, he could play almost any position on the football field...
He has come out and said that its important to his mom, and himself that he finishes college and gets his degree, he'll be back next year no doubt.

He can always go back after the NFL and finish his degree if it is still that important to him and his mom. You always answer the door when opportunity comes knocking...it may not make a second housecall.
