Can't imagine what happens to other low-lifes who can't afford a high priced lawyer. Naah, already know the answer to that one. "Justice" in America...

I don't like Henry, and think he is a punk, but a prosecuter calling him a "low-life" and not wanting to give him respect as a person is bull[censored].

'Rumor' on Henry irresponsible
E-mail | Print | digg us! | del.icio.us!
The actions of Kenton County Attorney Garry Edmondson in spreading an erroneous rumor that Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry flunked a drug test are at best irresponsible. At worst they should give everyone concern about the quality of justice that can be expected in Kenton County.
In either case they warrant an investigation into the actions of Edmondson, who Thursday described Henry as "a lowlife" not worth the attention of people concerned that he had been victimized by Edmondson's loose talk.
"This is just salacious information on some person who isn't worth the breath," Edmondson told the Enquirer in an interview.
Residents in Kenton County should be asking themselves what kind of public official decides someone isn't "worth the breath" of truth

Edmondson silent on Henry
BY BRENNA R. KELLY | BKELLY@NKY.COM AND PATRICK CROWLEY

Kenton County Attorney Garry Edmondson would not comment Friday about Chris Henry's drug test, or anything else to do with the Bengals wide receiver.
Edmondson said he has "nothing else to say about the case, and don't call anyone else in this office, because they're not talking either."
Edmondson had called Henry a "lowlife" on Thursday, three days after he told reporters that Henry had failed a court-ordered drug test, but then later called the results "inconclusive."

Bengals' wide-receiver Chris Henry is accused of breaking the law again.
9News has learned that Florence police interviewed Henry, along with Bengal Reggie McNeal on Tuesday.
The two football pros may have been involved in assaulting a 16-year-old boy.
The family of the victim shared their story exclusively with 9News Tuesday night.
They talked off-camera because they say they're not ready to publicly show their faces.

I don't know if this is true, but he was a "low life" before this incident(IMO) and it wouldn't surprise me if it's true. If it happened, then it's time for the Bengals, as a team, to receive some punishment from the NFL.
