I was less than sober at the time and I wanted to create a poll. It seemed like a good idea at the time.
I think the thing that most stood out to me after the game yesterday, was how he handled the interview. I was appreciative of the fact that he didn't make any statements like "the better team didn't win today" or that sort of thing. I found it to be quite refreshing after Leinart's comments that followed the Rose Bowl.
I also like the commercials he does for Mastercard. |

He seems like an okay guy. Certainly handles himself better than his brother and dad. I still recall the stories of how he did not know how to open a can of soup or order Chinese food when in college. That is the type of environment he was raised in though.
Oh, I like the credit card commercials, especially over the Brady ones.

As a person, I like Peyton Manning. As a player, he hasn't really came up with the big playoff win yet. I don't have anything against him, but I can see the thing for his dad and his brother. I still think that Peyton will come up with a super bowl title before it is said and done.
John Elway didn't win his super bowls untill the very end of his career. Now I'm not saying that Manning is Elway, but you can not deny that he does not have the talent to work his way up there one day.

Or you can look on the other side.... Peyton could turn out like Marino... One of the greatest QB's of all time.. but never won a super bowl... I don't know... only time will tell
