Official Columbus Destroyers Thread
I don't how many of you guys (or gals) follow the Destroyers. I'm trying to this year as a pacifier for real football.
After the season opening whooping they put on Grand Rapids 53-30, I think this team has some potential. Holding a team under 30 in Arena is like hloding them under 12 in the NFL. If the defense can play like that consistantly, This could be a good year for the Destroyers.

Tonight @ 8:00pm, the 1-0 Destroyers travel to Nashville to take on the 1-0 Kats.
Last week the Kats defeated the New York Dragons 57-28. Much like the Destroyers, the Kats are an improved team from last year and have some real potential.
This game is being televised on FSN.
I'll post rosters and starters when I get home this morning.

Does Earl Bruce still coach?

Anyway, I read if you're related to somebody who has played at Ohio State, they will put you on their practice squad. But that doesn't mean you'll dress for the games though. When I go to Ohio State to major in Sports Journalism, this is what I am going to do. I won't stop there, because I will try to dress and make the team.
