Carson Palmer said Monday that he thinks changes are needed in the Bengals coaching staff.
In a locker-room interview with reporters at Paul Brown Stadium, the quarterback was asked if the same coaching staff can fix the Bengals, who finished the season 7-9 and out of the playoffs.
