Well I think it is only fair to clarify this as a two-parter ...
Yes Bucky Katt is delusional - wearing a pancake as a hat gives that away ..
As for Chad and his likely presence, my take is this:
Chad was responding to what Palmer stated he heard from Johnson's lips. I personally don't believe Palmer is anything approaching genius level, but I trust he can hear and understand simple statements like "I'll be there." So, I believe this is just more arm-twisting by Johnson, more show-boating, more angling for a better deal he knows he hasn't a chance of getting.
And that he will turn up to play.

And how is it a good thing that the franchise receiver is telling the franchise quarterback to stay out of his business?
I know hope springs eternal, but this smells like Donovan vs. TO Part II. I don't see how it could turn out any other way. He was a problem in the locker room last year. He's constantly a distraction on and off the field. And while he may be the one guy on the team that stays out of jail, he's easily the biggest character issue the Bengals have had to address this offseason.
As a Browns' fan, nothing makes me happier than to see the Bengals implode. But I sided with McNabb and the Eagles when TO acted like a bitch - I'll side with the Bengals on this one as Chad Johnson continues to whine like a bitch.

I think we're missing the point Chad "I'm a crybabybitch" Johnson has tested Palmer's leadership. So far Carson has not been pulled into the mud, has done the mature thing and sided with the franchise. Carson will not allow this to blow up in his face.
Go F**k yourself Chad

I'm still (*cough* in denial *cough*) not convinced this is real. Palmer and Johnson have been close and worked together a lot in off-seasons past and have always seemed to be pretty close.
Please, please, please let them just be yanking the media's collective chain.

I tend to think the same thing. One thing that stands out is when he is on live and recorded he says he will be there, but when ever there is not recording is when the story of him saying he wants to be traded come up. Maybe it's just a pipe dream but seems odd to me.

I don't think it is that hard to beleive. Right now is a slow time of the season for the NFL. You can only say so much about the draft, just finding any type of controversy to talk about will get the lemmings to tune into espn.
