CNNSI: Pats-Cowboys Super Bowl XLI
CNNSI's pick for Super Bowl XLI: Patriots-Cowboys. Big surprise. Was there anyone in the media before last season who wasn't picking the Pats to win it all?

The Cowboys seem like a logical pick, assuming T.O. isn't a little bitch (good luck with that). But the Pats aren't a very logical pick, in my opinion. They lost Seymour, and their number two receiver in David Givens, and some more quality players if I'm not mistaken. To be quite honest, I'm not even sure if they'll clinch their division, with the Dolphins making progress, yet alone even make the playoffs.

Agreed 100%. I'm not sure why the media loves the Parcells/Belichick connection, but this is too much for words. No way do either Dallas or New England make it to the Super Bowl....err, "Big Game".

Who can predict the NFL nowadays? Both teams have a shot obviously, but it wouldn't suprise me to see some suprise teams in the playoffs. I am not sold on Dallas' defense.

I was just looking at last year's NFL preview from SI. They only got about half of the playoff teams correct. They didn't have Seattle or Cincy in the playoffs.

Good point, the Steelers didn't win their division either so I guess there is no way for the Cowboys to be in the Super Bowl.
