does that rule out the possibility of it being the other way around as well??

If Jamal's twitter is to be beleived then certainly it does rule out murder-suicide with wife-MCNair.

The only other links I can find firmly state treated as double homicide.

well, I wouldn't trust the twitter of an ex-NFL player to be a reliable source as to anything.
