I grew up an oilers fan and then dropped the titans...thinking about switching back though with VY so I would love to talk some Titans football...just give me a couple of months to catch up and become a little more knowledgeable

My folks live in Tennessee, so I'm a fan by proxy.
I think they definitely need more mascots on golf carts when they play the Colts

Alright cool. I've been following the Oilers/Titans since Eddie was drafted there. We've had a few rough years recently but nothing we can't get through.

Think Volek will be able to use the TEs effectively? I think Bennett is in for a bigger year, because he works well with him. They've really missed Derrick Mason, at a surprising leve to me...Tyrone Calico just isn't the same thing.

Titans have good TEs for Volek to use. The real question is, who won't Volek use? He uses everyone out there. I've said it for years now, Volek is/was the best backup QB in the NFL. The guy can throw the ball like the best of them.
Bennett should have a huge year this coming season. He will be healthy and have a QB that throws 320+ yards a game. The Titans have most of the weapons needed to be a great team, they just have a few holes here and there...offensive line.

I'm a big Titans fan.
I agree with everything you said. Volek is a pretty solid QB, but unfortunately Young will need to get some reps in at the end of the season to further enhance his NFL experience.
As far as your Bennett statement goes, I agree 100 percent. Volek threw to him the majority of the time, two years ago, and both of their stats were mind-blowing. I could totally see Bennett having 1,200-1,500 yards this season.
Their secondary and offensive line are suspect, and if they could have filled those holes in the draft and the offseason, I could have seen them winning maybe nine games, or so.
However, I don't think it's too far out of the question to see the boys improve from four wins to maybe six or seven this year.
