It's a pleasure to hear Dick Vermiel back in the booth. I learn more about football listening to his commentary than I do anywhere else. It's also nice that he's calling a game against two divisional opponents that he faced twice each last year as a coach. There's some great insight goin' on here. I hope to hear much more from him.
I'm very glad I played picked up SD's defense in BP Deuce and played this week. They might just pull my ass out of the fire. They're pitching a shutout and have seven sacks. Hopefully they don't screw me over by allowing a garbage time touchdown.
Meanwhile, the Raiders and Aaron Brooks are making a serious run at the Browns and the #1 overall draft pick.

Ohio State versus M*ch*g*n trumps everything. It trumps your record. It trumps whether it's dangerous or you don't have a chance or any of those kinds of things. It trumps all things because it's the Ohio State-M*ch*g*n game. And I would like to think our guys understand that, but there's only one demonstration of understanding that and that's at 12:00 noon on Saturday.
