According to Phil on the Browns' website, Cleveland staff talked to every player at the Senior Bowl. So the fact that he talked to a couple of CBs doesn't mean anything.

They talked with EVERYONE at the Senior Bowl, just like most other teams did. And no there won't be any CBs drafted by the Browns in the first 2 rounds....

Cornerback is a position of need for this team.
I would be surprised if we took one in the second round, but not shocked. We play in a division with some good wide recievers.
