Andy Reid Takes a leave of absence
Espn is reporting that Andy has taken a leave of absence from the Eagles.
IMO this will hurt them a lot if he is gone for some time. No other details yet

ESPN 's story
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2762937
"PHILADELPHIA -- Eagles coach Andy Reid will leave the team for a month to deal with family issues, a decision that comes less than two weeks after two sons got into separate legal trouble on the same day."

Good for him. A month off won't fix the problems, but it might be a start in the right direction.

It sounds like he has a lot of problems at home. Frankly I wonder how these guys can be good parents when they dedicate so much time to their team. For example, all anyone talked about after the SB was how Tony Dungy was a different kind of coach, one who didn't get lost in the game and did things a different way.
However, what the media seems to forget is that he lost his oldest son last year. While I don't know the specifics and won't speculate that "A" lead to "B," I do think they are at a severe disadvantage when it comes to being a good, participating parent.
Additionally, how many other times have head coaches kids gotten in trouble and it was swept under the rug because of who their dad was. I doubt a one-month break will fix any real problems.

Nice post Sky, and welcome to the site. I really feel sorry for the children of High Profile Coaches. The job itself just requires so many hours, and it's not that they are uncaring parents, they just chose a profession that keeps them away. It's gotta be tough on any kid to see their dad on TV every other day answering questions from total stangers, and not being able to say good morning or goodnight to him yourself.

The guy can't keep his waistline in check - not suprised he can't raise his kids either.
 at his loser family.
Can't wait to see how big that fatass gets while he's dealing with his pathetic life.
