I like Hardy's size, but that's about it. Thomas can be a returner, too. He's faster, a better blocker, better hands, better after the catch and runs better routes.
I would love the 'real' Raiders to pick Thomas up, but it would make too much sense, so they'll do something stupid.

http://www.buckeyeplanet.com/forum/p...ock-draft.html has been started, but remains locked until the draft begins. Continue feedback/planning in this thread.
Updated mross34, korchiki & dynasty's assignments. Who drafted for Tennessee?
How do you guys feel about 30 min slots (if top-5 auto pick isn't available) for round 1, then 4 hours for later rounds?

I like the top-5 picks thing, but having everybody do it for the first round at the same time doesn't seem to be optimal. How about asking for the next 8 drafters to send you a top-5 list during the first round. After the first 8 are picked do another 8 with 4-hour windows to send in the top-5 list.
I'm drafting at 17, so what's the point of me sending a top-5 of: C. Long, J. Long, G. Dorsey, M. Ryan, V. Gholston - I would take any of those guys at 17, but they won't be there. I think it makes more sense to request my list after 8 or 12 people have already selected.
After the first round, I think it would be OK to get a top-5 from everybody in the entire next round each time (with a 12-hour or 24-hour return-the-list window) - since there will be a lot more variation in the lists there won't be many delays due to lists being completely picked already.

Optimal compromise bolded for 1st round - We are likely to have to wait on Ahiacitian anyway. He won't be able to check in till post 6PM.
Like the follow-up round idea as well
The list (order) and a database to handle trades PM'd in is in da werks.

So I'd collect the top-5 list from the top-8, work through it, then give 4 hours for everyone
Interesting proposal. Let me see if I have it right:
A) Round 1
1. Next 8 picks PM top-5.
2. Draft 8 spots
....... Auto-pick from top-5, otherwise...
....... 30 min to make selection, afterwards...
....... 3-vote nomination by bp
3. PM next 8, four hour window to complete #1
B) Round 2-7
1. 12 hour window, all send top-5 by PM
2. Draft
....... Auto-pick from top-5, otherwise...
....... 2 hour to make selection, afterwards...
....... 3-vote nomination by bp
